At Altman Luggage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused luggage or accessory in its original box, ensuring all tags, warranty cards, and protective wraps are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
